We run two types of circle:
Teaching circles and advanced circles.
The teaching circle is where people come to learn how to meditate through guided meditation. Meditation is then followed
by a half-hour discussion on topics around spirituality. For more information and the days and times of the sessions, please contact us.
We do ask for a five pound contribution to cover costs.
No teaching takes place. The advanced sessions are for experienced mediums to meditate.
